Initiate Your Request
Log into your Swazi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
